02Separate legal entities
Barosic Inc. is the parent company of the Innovati group. Its subsidiaries, including Innovati Systems LLC and any other limited liability company as it is formed, are separate legal entities, each with its own assets, liabilities, bank accounts, contracts, records and governance. References on this Site to the “Innovati Ecosystem”, to “group” or to “our companies” describe common ownership and brand and do not mean that the entities are a single company, partnership or joint venture. Barosic Inc. is not responsible for the obligations of its subsidiaries, and each subsidiary is responsible only for its own.
03Status of companies
Of the companies presented on this Site, Innovati Systems is the only one that has begun operations. Innovati Capital, Innovati Hub & Logistics, Innovati Staffing, Innovati Builds and Innovati Real Estate are shown as “coming soon”: they describe planned areas of activity, with no commitment as to timing, and may be formed, modified or not pursued at all. Nothing on this Site should be understood as stating that those companies exist, are registered, or are able to provide services today.

BAROSIC™, INNOVATI™, the Barosic “B” logo, the Innovati company names and logos (including Innovati Systems, Innovati Capital, Innovati Hub & Logistics, Innovati Staffing, Innovati Builds and Innovati Real Estate) and the taglines “Engineering the Future”, “A World of Options”, “Prime People”, “Building the World” and “Welcome Home” are trademarks or trade names of Barosic Inc. and/or its affiliated companies.
